Kāpiti  Office Suites was one of the good things to come from our once in a lifetime lockdown environment.

​

Like many New Zealanders, founder Pauline Downie worked from home for three months and felt the lines blur between office and home, missing the social interaction of her usual space. When lockdown lifted, the cost of the daily return trip to Wellington and the precious hours lost on the train resumed. So with a new post-lockdown perspective, the idea was born: a shared space for commuters on the Coast to work and enjoy some balance.

Kapiti Office Suites offers a range of flexible working options to suit your situation - because these days anything goes.

• Spacious, well laid out offices with separate private spaces for those who need to work in their own space and with one or two colleagues. 

• Dedicated desks in a shared space work for those who work independently as sole traders, contractors, or remote workers.
   

• Hotdesks in a shared space are great for freelancers, business travellers, digital nomads or those just looking for a short break from working at home.
   

• An outdoor deck as an optional working space, for eating lunch or to just take a break.
